Registration will be taking place on Friday 19 March at a rugby club near the base from 5:30 to 8:30 pm.  The address will be published very soon both here and on the Facebook event page.  This is an opportunity to grab your T-shirts and get the paperwork done so there are no distractions on Saturday.



There will also be a volunteers and judges briefing at the same venue from 8:00 to 9:00 pm.

Our beloved Smiler is getting married in August. There is a Crossfit 1 dayer in Manchester in July by invitation. My thoughts, up on Friday or very 1st thing on Saturday, competition for those who wan't, boys who don't and other stag attendees can get bladdered and abuse all other contestants and cheer on CFS.

Then when games finish, were all out on the lash in Manchester.

I received an email form Dominic up in central manchester inviting us up to their games in July!



The only info I have at the moment is, it will be a one day event, with a meal and drinks planned for afterwards.  It will be held on 17th July, entry fee of £10.  Please register your interest in competing here so I can give him an idea of how many.  Again he makes the point you don't have to be a firebreather to enter it's more about the craic than the competition. </description>

Just got back from my first crossfit sesh at Crossfit Belltown (Seattle) which was pretty good. Did:



Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 and then 100 KB swings (1.5 pood).



Got a couple of pics but don't know how to post them on here. All really nice people but no-one trained in the gym that was close to the standard of some of the guys back at home. Will be training in crossfit Whistler next. Probably do it in the next 2-3 days so will keep you posted!
